The complaint must include the full name of the individual(s) in question, and the contact person and phone number at the location
where the alleged incident took place. You must provide a detailed description of the complaint, including dates, any verifiable
photocopied evidence of documents, including photos, is recommended if available.
|
|
|
You may be called to discuss the issue and to ensure that the information is correct and that there is evidence of a violation of the
ASTTBC Code of Ethics and Practice Standards. If your evidence is substantiated, a copy will be forwarded to all parties involved.
Following comments from all parties the Review Board will review the complaint and make a recommendation. A disciplinary hearing
may result.
